OUR FOUNDER

Since childhood, Hanna has nurtured a DEEP CONNECTION with nature and discovered, alongside her mother, the joy of cooking with products from the garden. Very early on, cooking became a PASSION carried by strong ecological VALUES.

A vegetarian for 20 years, she has chosen to nourish her body consciously, with RESPECT for all living beings.

After ten years in the event industry, she specialized in creating culinary experiences.

As a journalist and photographer, she met with committed chefs and immersed herself in the world of FINE DINING.

Trained in yoga in France and India over six years, she also explored meditation. From these experiences, she developed a conviction: yoga, conscious eating, and mindfulness are powerful tools for living and eating differently, in HARMONY with the rhythms of the body and the Earth.

Today, she collaborates with artisan chefs dedicated to living foods, creating sensory and meditative meals that nourish the body, mind, and planet.

Tree of Maya embodies this VISION: a holistic approach combining yoga, meditation, and conscious cooking, promoting GLOBAL HEALTH and a world more respectful of life.

In a fast-paced and stressful world, we eat too quickly and poorly.
We need to change our habits: learn to take care of ourselves differently, become aware of what we eat and how we eat.

Our Commitment to the Professionalization of Yoga Teaching

At Tree of Maya, we believe that a minimum of two years of training and 500 hours of practice is essential to guide yoga sessions in a SERIOUS AND RESPECTFUL manner.

Professionalizing the field is CRUCIAL to PROTECT both participants and teachers from abuses and harmful practices.

Too many classes today are taught after very short trainings — sometimes just one month. Would you choose a piano teacher trained in only four weeks? The same care should apply when choosing a yoga teacher.

We advocate for yoga taught with RIGOR, in accordance with the ETHICAL STANDARDS of the French National Union of Yoga Teachers (SNPY).
