Experience it from the comfort of your home via Zoom, participating in yoga sessions and guided meditations to learn how to eat mindfully.
 

Four sessions, each lasting 2 hours, exploring FOUR DIFFERENT THEMES.
 

Yoga sessions and meditations will help boost your immune system, reduce stress, and IMPROVE your mental well-being.
 

This workshop will help you RENEW your perspective and build a healthier, more conscious relationship with your food.
