  • Graduated from the French School of Yoga in Paris. Obtained the Professional Certificate “CP FFP Teaching Yoga”. 4-year training, over 1000 hours. Subject of the final dissertation: “When pain meets yoga”.

  • Trained in “Jon Kabat Zinn Mindfulness” by Soizic Michelot,

  • Trained in “Mindful Eating by Jan Chozen Bays” by Géraldine Desindes.

  • Trained in yogatherapy at the Yogatherapy Institute under the direction of Doctor Lionel Coudron in Paris.

  • Graduated in India (Alliance Yoga Teacher Training),

  • I have participated in many courses organized by the French Yoga Federation: yoga for children, yoga for seniors, yoga and disability, yoga and traditional mantras, yoga and theater, energy yoga...

  • Personal yoga practice for 15 years.

  • I have been participating in silent retreats for 15 years in monasteries and ashrams in France and abroad.

  • Member of the French National Federation of Yoga Teachers and The National  French Union of Yoga Teachers (SNPY).

  • I also had the opportunity to teach yoga at the Sorbonne Paris Nord University.

Chopin's Menu , a series of four-handed dinners in partnership with the Polish Cultural Institute.

The first Polish cuisine workshops in France in partnership with the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Atelier des sens in Paris with the greatest Polish chefs, notably Karol Okrasa.

Exhibition of French culinary photographers in Warsaw with guest of honor Mathilde de L'Écotais.

Charity dinners at the Hôtel de Monaco, Polish Embassy in Paris, among others with starred chefs: Gérad Cagna, Flora Mikula and Arkadiusz Zuchmanski.

  • I have written articles for National Geographic and Bouillantes -Atabula, Sanafa (Middle East) among others, on great chefs and pastry chefs, including Mauro Colagreco, Yannick Alléno, Thierry Marx, Key Kobayashi, Christophe Michalak, Guy Martin, Guillaume Gomez, William Ledeuil, Akrame Benallal and many others.
